This building was one of 2 outdated adjacent strip malls. The new owner needed to give them
an updated look that would tie the two buildings together into one retail center. The outdated
"colonial" look was updated with by removing the front facia and adding heavy timber detailing,
new paint, lighting, awnings, signage. and a complete interior renovation of the interior retail
