This former warehouse was renovated into 7 modern office suites for use by the American
Cancer Society. The interior reflects the rustic flavor of the building, and features exposed
heavy timber beams and columns and natural limestone walls. A new entry replaced the
former loading dock, creating a new “primary third” connecting the two massive limestone
buildings at either side of the entrance and establishing a new identity for the building.
