downtown Elgin This building would become a cornerstone of Elgin’s historic district.The program
includes12,000 sq ft of retail, 180 parking stalls, 65 residential condominiums, and a penthouse
restaurant. The stunning corner turret would house restaurant dining on the top floor and residential
balconies on floors below.
