This project was a renovation of a large apartment complex into condominium units. The core of the existing structure remained intact, while major improvements were made to the façade, entries, lobbies and corridors. A new pergola entry was created in a loose Prairie Style to draw people into the entrance lobbies. Decorative exterior sconces add to the warm and pleasant entry experiene. Further, an entire sales office was added and expanded in the same thematic style of the renovation work in order to market the campus to an entirely new range of buyers.
