This
project was a feasibility study for a property owner with
a site located 2 blocks from
downtown Aurora and across from the Fox River. Our architects
put together site use options
and a study of the zoning limitations, landuse options
and potential costs to help the owner
consider future uses for his site. This scheme features
a multi-use project with retail, office
and residential space targeting middle-income tenants
and owners.
