The City of Aurora selected Allen+Pepa Architects to provide a Feasibility Study on the development
possibilities of the historic Hobbs Building, a prominent Aurora landmark that has been vacant for
decades. The study included a structural analysis, a mechanical system analysis, code analysis,
complete measurement of the building and drawings documenting the building as it exists, potential
construction cost estimates and drawings of possible layouts for suggested future uses. The study is
made available to potential developers to encourage the redevelopment of this historic treasure.
