The new owner of two outdated adjacent strip malls needed to give them an updated look that
would tie the two buildings together into one retail center. The outdated facades received new
surfacing, paint, lighting, awnings, signage and a complete interior renovation of every retail
space. The side of the building features a ceramic mural created by a ceramic studio tenant.
Besides the ceramics studio, new tenants for these buildings include an imported food store,
a party supply store, a deli, and a pizza franchise.
