This new Honda dealership, approximately 25,000sf was built in 2000, with standard design features such as cylindrical entry feature, waves and insulated metal panels. The facility included a full service center, oil change and car wash area.

Infiniti of Clarendon Hills

This new 42,000sf car dealership was designed to the exacting standards of Infiniti, it is intended to create an impression of refinement and sophistication; to pamper the client as well as to display vehicles in the best light. The primary facility includes a vehicle gallery area, service reception and full service workshop for the maintenance of existing vehicles.

Interior views of this facility were created using state-of- the-art 3d modeling software which produces a much higher level of accuracy and consistency than possible with older CAD technology. The client is able to visualize the final design and contractors can develop more accurate budgets. This project is currently under construction. Follow the progress on our Facebook page!

Naperville Dental Office

This 1,600 sf new dental office draws on the warm and calming tastes of the client in order to create a welcoming feel immediately upon entering this office. Gracious use of curved forms in the walls, the reception desk and accessories help to soften the mood. Carefully chosen sconces, pendant lighting and entry chandelier provide a balanced and bright work environment.

Dr. Mathen Family Practice / Sherman Hospital

This medical office for a new family practice physician was redesigned from a former bank space to contain four exam rooms, a nurse’s station, reception, waiting area and private doctor’s office.

Prestige Orthodontics

This 3,400 sf orthodontics office was designed with intense involvement from the Doctor himself along with interior designer David Jungel to create a very functional circular flow to the space. This design, along with great color selection, lighting, floor patterns and millwork creates a fun and relaxing atmosphere for youth as well as a very user-friendly office for both staff and doctor.

This 2,700sf orthodontic office located in a multi-story office building was designed to created a smooth, clean, modern circulation and feel. The limited ceiling height in this office necessitated the opportunity to keep the ceiling exposed with painted structure and mechanicals. Ceiling “clouds” offer many opportunities for fun sweeping curves.

Gripple Manufacturing Offices

This recently finished industrial build-out project was for a manufacturer and included a 10,560 ft assembly and warehouse area, and approx. 5000 sq. ft of office space. The project was done using our Revit software, which made for easy quick design cycles to arrive at a cost effective design.

Ayana Retail Center

This is a recently completed retail center in Naperville. The owner’s intent was to create a façade that suggested a series of unique shops along a streetscape with varying rooftops, wall materials and patterns. The central tower will be lit at night and will prominently tie the center together as a whole. The corner towers are slightly tapered and are suggestive of Egyptian architecture. Tenants include an orthodontic office along with several retailers.

Prairie View Orthodontics

This is a recently completed 2,660 sf orthodontic office build-out in a professional office campus building. The “L-shaped” rental space created a challenge in unifying the front waiting area with the rear area operatory area where most patients are treated. The design ties the areas together using strong areas of light, with up-lit soffits creating a feeling of skylights over the major spaces, tied together with an undulating line of track lights in a hallway gallery in between them.

American Family Doctor

This contemporary Prairie-style medical facility houses the practices of 3 doctors, providing
them and their patients with comfortable surroundings, a cheerful and professional atmosphere,
ample light and well-functioning work-spaces. The 5000 square foot building includes 8 exam
rooms, a lab, an xray room, file storage, nurses staions, and a reception area.
