These sketches are part of a feasibility study for a potential 34,000 square-foot mixed use building in downtown Elgin. This building would become a cornerstone of Elgin’s historic district. The program includes12000 sq ft of retail, 180 parking stalls ,75 residential condominiums, and a penthouse restaurant. The stunning corner turret would house restaurant dining on the top floor and residential balconies below.
