This multi-family rental housing concept was designed for 2 sites and submitted for an IDHA Low-Income Senior Housing tax credits. The Batavia site looks south toward a dramatic view of a large wetlands, with a boardwalk and gazabo to encourage sunset walks. The developers plan to connect the building with nearby retail buildings and medical clinic via picturesque walkways that take advantage of the open space views.

The plan includes a large enclosed courtyard , first-level parking and 80 single and double units. On-site amenities include a dining room, a game room, a reading room, a hair salon, an on-site nurse and a building manager. The project is committed to receiving an Enterprise Green Communities certification.

This project was a feasibility study for a property owner with a site located 2 blocks from downtown Aurora and across from the Fox River. Our architects put together site use options and a study of the zoning limitations, landuse options and potential costs to help the owner consider future uses for his site. This scheme features a multi-use project with retail, office and residential space targeting middle-income tenants and owners.

Lake Lofts Condominiums is a development of four 6-story condominium towers on the northwest
corner of a $50 million office/residential development now under construction along the shore of
Muskegon Lake. Each floor of the Lake Loft Condominiums will house 3 luxury condominium units.
Each unit will have beautiful views of the lake and a private lakeview balcony. Meticulous attention
will be paid to the aesthetics of the buildings and site. The building design is reminiscent of the
beautiful styles seen in nearby historical downtown buildings, featuring an asymmetric composition,
tower elements, arched details, and hipped roofs supported by decorative brackets.

This project was a renovation of a large apartment complex into condominium units. The core of the existing structure remained intact, while major improvements were made to the façade, entries, lobbies and corridors. A new pergola entry was created in a loose Prairie Style to draw people into the entrance lobbies. Decorative exterior sconces add to the warm and pleasant entry experience. Further, an entire sales office was added and expanded in the same thematic style of the renovation work in order to market the campus to an entirely new range of buyers.
