Windsor Park Retirement Community
Lantz-Boggio Architects of Denver, Colorado hired Allen+Pepa Architects to oversee their extensive work with Covenant Retirement Communities in the suburban Chicago area. Lane Allen acted as a liaison between the local client and contractors and the out-of-state architect, addressing construction problems as they came up and keeping the multiple projects running smoothly. Lane Allen Architects oversaw the construction of six different construction projects for this client, including remodeling of 2 existing buildings, three new residential facilities, and a new development of 32 luxury independent-living duplexes. Projects in Windsor Park Retirement Community included:
- Windsor Park Estates- (32) 4500 square feet handicap accessible luxury duplex buildings (64 1700 s.f. units) for independent retirement
- 30,000 Square Feet 2- story addition, providing 31 deluxe living units for dementia and assisted-living
- Brighton Hall -Renovation of facility of 16 independent living units and social center amenities
