BATAVIA BRIDGE STUDIES

Planning studies utilizing our Revit 3-d software show the true contours of the land and illustrate how it the contours and natural features affect the overall urban design and development potential of the downtown. Lane Allen, AIA did an independent study of alternatives for a location for a second bridge in Batavia. After analyzing the various possible locations, Lane did a series of conceptual drawings to illustrate the advantages of the crossing that he felt was best for the overall urban planning and future development of Batavia.The plan incorporates a new park west of Clark Island and takes advantage of new views in that area.It also includes conceptual drawings of buildings  to show the design potential of various development sites
