OSWEGO DESIGN GUIDELINES

Lane Allen Architects (now Allen+Pepa) was selected by the Oswego Village Board of Trustees to create design guidelines for Oswego’s historic downtown area.  The goal of the design guidelines  to insure that future development and improvements in the downtown area will enhance the historic quality of the downtown district. Lane Allen worked with village officials to collect and review existing community plans, historical data, and zoning regulations and met with downtown stakeholders to gather community input and insight into their vision for downtown.
