HUD NSP HOMES

Allen + Pepa Architects assisted the City of Elgin in the rehabilitation of 3 properties as part of the NSP program. The homes were all located in historic districts so the exterior was restored while the interior was completely brought up to modern living standards. All homes received new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and complied with current energy codes.
