This brewery was designed as a 3,600sf buildout in an existing strip mall. The brewery contains the full contingent of equipment for brewing, fermenting, storing, packaging and selling needed by a micro brewery.

In addition to brewing beer, this location also provides a bar and individual tables for indoor seating and an outdoor patio for additional seating.

Owner Tom Rau wanted to include a gallery display wall as part of his overall theme of “Art History.” The long brick wall along the back allows for local artists to display their work and adds to the friendly, local and upscale atmosphere of the restaurant.
