This is a new, ground-up daycare facility, approximately 11,000 sf, in Carmel, IN. The village has very strict design standards with respect to exterior design quality and architectural types. This building was designed in a neo-Georgian style with Tuscan columns, grilled windows, dormers, stone quoins, headers and sills.

Higher Ground is a national daycare provider with expanding facilities all around the country. The daycare program is set for infants through 4 years old with a high staff to child ratio. Facility includes multiple child classrooms for each age group, room for gross motor activities, fenced outdoor play areas with covered shade structures and other amenities.
