This is a new, ground-up daycare facility, approximately 13,000 sf, set in a diverse city in Lynnwood, Washington. This project provides a secure and stimulating environment for young children including a fenced outdoor play area where kids can engage in physical activities.

Higher Ground is a national daycare provider with expanding facilities all around the country. The daycare program is set for infants through 4 years old with a high staff to child ratio. Facility includes multiple child classrooms for each age group, room for gross motor activities, fenced outdoor play areas with covered shade structures and other amenities.
