This is a 2,660 sf orthodontic office buildout in a professional office campus building. The "L-shaped" rental space created a challenge in unifying the front waiting area with the rear area operatory area where most patients are treated. The design ties the areas together using strong areas of light, with up-lit soffits creating a feeling of skylights over the major spaces, tied together with an undulating line of track lights in a hallway gallery in between them.
