Mill street Station is a 64 unit townhome development of affordable rental housing, which will utilize federal tax credits for Affordable and Senior Housing. The unique aspects of the development include the ultra-high energy conservation standards, 9% of the units to be completely handicapped accessible, a playground, and full 2-car garages with each unit. Upon completion, this project will be awarded an "Enterprise Green Communities" certification, as well as an "Energy Star" certification.
