This multi-family rental housing concept was designed for 2 sites and submitted for an IDHA Low-Income Senior Housing tax credits. The Batavia site looks south toward a dramatic view of a large wetlands, with a boardwalk and gazabo to encourage sunset walks.  The plans include a large enclosed courtyard, first-level parking and 80 single and double units. On-site amenities include a dining room, a game room, a reading room, a hair salon, an on-site nurse and a building manager. The project is committed to receiving an Enterprise Green Communities certification.
