This 7,000sf retail center expresses a rich variety of materials and details. The owner’s intent was to create a façade that suggested a series of unique shops along a streetscape with varying rooftops, wall materials and patterns. The central tower is lit at night and prominently ties the center together as a whole. The corner towers are slightly tapered and are suggestive of Egyptian architecture.
