This is the latest Infiniti dealership designed by Allen+Pepa Architects. This development of a 24,000sf auto dealership and independent car wash involved a significant zoning PUD process as well as a difficult site configuration. It required creating a separate level for detail bays accessed from the northwest side of the building. The building is precast concrete and steel frame construction, which results in a solid, energy efficient and easily maintained building that will thrive for many years.
