This speculative design is for 30,000 s.f. of total leasable retail space. A 7,000 s.f. bakery for one of the storefronts was fully designed for permit and construction. The design featured celebrated entries to several of the retail spaces, including the bakery and a variety of complementary exterior materials including brick, stone, stucco, and heavy timber.
