RIVERSIDE COMMONS

This is one of the largest blocks on the main street of Batavia's historic downtown, so its renovation created a significant change in the historic neighborhood. Metal siding and brick facings were removed to reveal the original signband area and the beautiful decorative steel columns that were incased underneath. A new tri-color paintinmg scheme finished thr project off.
