Spring Cleaning

Spring is the perfect time to renovate or restore. We love breathing new life into buildings. These are a few before and after restoration projects we've designed on historic homes in Elgin.

We assisted the City of Elgin in the rehabilitation of multiple properties as part of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), a HUD program established after the real estate crash of 2008. The historic exteriors were restored while the interiors were completely brought up to modern living standards. All homes received new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and complied with current energy codes.
